All of our catalog pages have a colored background to help prevent third-party misuse. May we suggest some options for sharing this particular catalog with others:
- When showing stick families, use a few presentation folders with sheet protectors. (We have found some awesome white vinyl presentation folders with 12 attached top-loading sheet protectors that run around $4. They are slim, trim, very professional, and don't use the bulky rings that catch paper.)
- Print catalog pages on white cardstock for added durability in the sheet protectors. You can place two pages of cardstock in each sheet protector, for viewing on each side.
- Take your catalog on a CD to a local print shop and have them print your copies. Or, print a master color copy from home and make colored copies as needed at a copy center.
- If you wish to have something for customers to take home, present them with a black/white photocopy of the colored page. The background will be a bit gray, so make sure you print a bit on the lighter side. Customers will understand.
- Consider showing only one or two catalog pages to new customers. Too many options generally overwhelm them, create more work for you, and dramatically increase the decision-making time.
- Use the suggested order form we included in your collection. As the customer tells you about their family, jot extra notes on the paper so that you can add the elements and extras if needed later. Charge accordingly ... CLICK HERE for some general pricing and sizing guidelines.
- Please avoid showing our designs as black images on a white background. It may look a bit cleaner, but it "unprotects" our designs. When our designs are dark images on a white background, they can be instantly vectorized, engraved, or cut in number of different softwares. This means that the very design we sell can be instantly replicated and used.
