Understanding Our File Names

Imagine this file name ... H024_ItsgoodIV8.ai .... it's the way most of our files are titled:

H ... represents the category (FA=family, SE=seasonal, H=home, etc.)
024 ... represents the 3-digit product number
Itsgood ... represents the first 1-3 words of the quote
IV8 ... represents which collection the design is housed in (here, it's Collection Four, Add-OnPage 8)
.ai ... represents the file format (AI, EPS, GSD, SVG)

A design from our Modern Wall Art  or "layered art" collections will have one or more files titled like this:

ART12_G1.ai ... represents the first layer of this design

ART12_G2.ai ... represents the second layer of this design

ART12_G2compact.ai ... represents a compact, compressed version of a layer, in case you'd like to save vinyl by manually laying out the layer ie. leaves

ART12_G3all.ai ... represents all the layers as one cuttable object

Then, when a customer requests a design, you can quickly locate it at a glance by subject, by product number, by quote, and/or by collection.
