Why can't I find my order in my order history?

"I did not create an account BEFORE I made my purchase but did create one after and am unable to find my order in the order history.  I want to download another format.  Can you help?"

Absolutely!  When you check out as an "anonymous user", meaning that you check out without going through an account, a viewable order history is not created on your end.  This means that you are unable to access your multiple downloads, other file formats, and order history. 

So, let us know what order you need help with, what file format you need, and we'll gladly help you get these files.
