"Why can't I login to my account? I've placed orders before. When I try to get my password, all I get is an asterik."
In situations like this, we most likely don't have an account set up under your email. If you previously purchased designs, you may have checked out as an "anonymous user" without going through an account. If so, please go in an create an account here: http://www.myvinyldesigner.com/SignUp.aspx
Doing so will help you have access to your order history, although we'll always help if needed. Also, account users can select whether or not they want to be notified about sales, giveaways, contests, and announcements.
