1- FREE file replacements when a design is discontinued or replaced ... changes are posted in the LATEST NEWS section of our website.
2- Five downloads with two-year multiple format selection for each purchase ... great for getting multiple formats and retrieving lost files!
3- Custom artwork and designs ... just jot us an email with what you're looking for. We'll gather some extra information, send you a charge and upon receipt of payment, we'll begin the design process. We can generally complete the project within a short time frame.
4- Vectorizing services, "thickening" services, and "cutting" services. Yes, if you need a file "thickened" or "cut in half", just let us know and see what we can do to help. We do not recreate or vector copyrighted images.
